WENZEL KOLAR

Wenzel Kolar, born in 1996 in the Czech Republic, is a Vienna-based contemporary artist whose practice moves between geometric, urban and organic abstraction.

After moving to Vienna in 2017, the city's graffiti and urban visual culture became an important influence on his artistic development.

Today, Kolar combines painting, spray techniques and experimental materials to create fluid, layered works that explore the relationship between structure, spontaneity and transformation.
